    Marina 101 Description

    Marina 101 Apartments For Sale by Sheffield Holdings in Dubai Marina. Introducing the world’s tallest hotel serviced apartments building, Marina 101 is the first major tower development in Dubai Marina offering five-star service apartments on a freehold basis. Fasten by one of the world’s most popular five-star hotel chains, the Crowne Plaza, Marina 101 is set to deliver exceptional long-term returns to premium investors.

    At 426 metres Marina 101 is the second tallest building in the UAE after the Burj Khalifa. It was developed by UAE developer Sheffield Holdings and has a built-up area of 1.68 million square feet.

    As tall as the building is, only residents on the 94th floor and above will be able to enjoy a sea view.

    There will be a club lounge and restaurant on the 101st floor accessible via an exterior glass cased elevator.

    The lower floors will be home to the 300 room Hard Rock Hotel, the first of its kind in the Middle East. The hotel will host live music performances as well as offering event space including an outdoor terrace at lobby level and the 101st-floor lounge area.

    The middle section of Marina 101 will house 480 residential apartments, many of them furnished, and the top section will feature luxury penthouses.

    The building is scheduled for completion in Q2 2016.
