    St Regis Hotel For Rent by Al Habtoor Group at Business Bay. St Regis Hotel is a hotel under construction in Al Habtoor City, Business Bay, Dubai.

    The St Regis Hotel Dubai is part of an exclusive integrated resort that comprises residential towers and a Las Vegas-style theatre. Monuments and attractions of international renown are nearby, and Dubai International Airport (DXB) is a 20-minute drive away. Inspired by Beaux-Arts architecture from New York’s Gilded Age, the hotel’s interior boasts such elements as a grand staircase, carefully selected artwork, and a musical fountain. Indulgent spa treatments, sumptuous cuisines, and memorable meetings await. The hotel’s 234 world-class accommodations comprise 182 guest rooms and 51 signature suites, including a designer suite and its signature Royal Suite. Whatever the request, St. Regis Butler Service is available any time, day or night.

    However, it looks like the Habtoor City hotels are set to change name, as the branding for all three has been removed. New branding has also already gone up at The St Regis, which has been replaced with ‘Habtoor Palace’ above the door.

    The move comes after US hospitality major Marriott International, the largest international hotel operator in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), handed over its operations to Al Habtoor Group properties, the company announced on July 9.
