Park Regis Description

Park Regis Hotel Apartments is perfectly located in the heart of the prestigious Business Bay district, surrounded by famous landmarks, entertainment hubs, and shopping precincts. A 35-storey mixed use commercial-residential-retail building in Business Bay developed by The Developer Properties LLC and designed by Carlos Ott. Announced in 2006 by developer KM Properties, construction began in 2007. Building work was put on hold in January 2012 for almost three years. Work resumed in 2015 under a new developer, The Developer Properties LLC.

The 150-metre tower is split in to two parts, one being the commercial and the other being the hotel. The commercial section is from floor one to 17, and floors 19 to 33 constitute the hotel.

Park Regis Hotel Apartments features 208 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, restaurant with 24-hour room service, coffee shop, meeting and event spaces and recreation facilities including swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and sauna, for ultimate relaxation after your travels.

Business Bay is an ambitious 64 Million Square foot freehold district that is currently under development directly next to Downtown Dubai. The development is expected to have 240 buildings that vary between Office & Residential Towers.

Running through the heart of Business Bay is the Dubai Creek that was opened in the final quarter of 2017. The creek is planned to be a primary attraction in Business Bay, offering the community beautiful waterfront views and a promenade that will have plenty of dining and recreational options.

The Business Bay development is one of the most exciting in Dubai and has excellent potential for the future, it is important to note though that the area still needs time to develop as there are still many plots that are under construction or vacant.
