Park Lane Tower

The design of Park Lane Tower Apartments by Development Properties LLC was based on the requirement to create the most well-organized and centralized business and residential address in Business Bay. The purpose is to create a timeless landmark that will not be dated by using today’s fashion, but that will be modern many decades from now. The insight of the building during the day will create a strong profile in the silhouette of the city, which will be strengthened at night by artistic lightning.

Park Lane Tower Apartments is a mixed use development project providing of commercial offices, residential properties, boutique, a five star hotel, retail, entertainment and public facilities. The Tamani Hotel at Park Lane Office Tower features in an unusual structure where the hotel begins on the upper floors. 

A vibrant mixed used tower, which provides offices, residential, retail, entertainment and public facilities, that is not only obey with international business standards but also exceed expectations of regional and international businesses, visitors and residents alike. A modern city centre environment that reflects local and regional cultural values.

The building will be contracted by Al Rostamani Pegel LLC and designed by Carlos Ott, who is also known for other landmark buildings including the National Bank of Dubai, Simcoe Place in Canada, L Opera de la Bastille in France, and the Antel Telecommunications Building in Uruguay.
