Palmera Description

Palmera is a high-end townhouse enclave located in Arabian Ranches. There are a total of 606 two and three bedroom townhouses located in four enclaves (i.e. Palmera 1, 2, 3 and 4).

Palmera is one of the more unique communities in Dubai. Palmera is located at the perimeter of Ranches; parts of it now faces the under-construction Arabian Ranches Phase II communities of Casa, Palma etc. There are a total of about 600 Spanish style cluster homes having 2 and 3 Bedrooms townhouses.
