Marsa Al Arab Villas For Sale By Dubai Holding at Jumeirah. Marsa Al Arab is a luxury tourist destination planned for the Dubai coastline either side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. It will consist of two islands with theme parks, boutique hotels and entertainment venues.
The project is being developed by Dubai Holding and the Jumeirah Group and was conceived as part of the government’s 2020 vision to attract 20 million visitors to Dubai.
Marsa Al Arab comprises two islands with a total of four million square feet and will add 2.2 kilometres of new beachfront to the Dubai coastline.
The first island will be an exclusive luxury resort, while the second island will be dedicated to entertainment and family tourism.
Marsa Al Arab Villas is an AED 6.3 billion ($1.7 billion) project catered to tourists in Dubai. This project will be built on two islands on both sides of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. One island is devoted to entertainment venues and family tourism while the other island is a dedicated luxury resort. The entertainment island will feature the Wild Wadi Waterpark and Marine Park. The island located on the left of Burj al Arab will offer 140 luxurious villas. Moreover, the project will include a private yacht marina, yacht club, gourmet restaurants, helipad, convention centre, hotels and shopping outlets spread across 20,000 square metres. Dubai Holding announced this highly anticipated project will break ground in June 2017 and is expected to be completed by late 2020.
