Marasi Business Bay Water Homes are divided into three main areas: The Yacht Club, The Park, and The Pier, designed to provide entertainment and leisure experiences. Offering 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences, the luxurious homes are perfectly set within an array of floating gourmet restaurants, high-end leisure facilities, shopping outlets and 700 huge yacht berths over stunning marinas lined with gorgeous palm trees.

The Yacht Club will include five marinas with 1,250 berths and lined with palm trees.
