Canal Central Hotel is a hotel in Business Bay, Dubai. Construction began in 2015 and was completed in Q2 2018. The project was developed by New Dubai Properties LLC. The project was designed by Rimal Engineering Consultant.
The 5-star hotel will feature 280 rooms and suits, dining outlets, meeting spaces, gymnasium and spa, an infinity swimming pool, and male and female salon.
The Canal Central Hotel is located in Business Bay on Sheikh Zayed Road, and will include nightlife offerings such as Lilly’s Social House.
Business Bay is an ambitious 64 Million Square foot freehold district that is currently under development directly next to Downtown Dubai. The development is expected to have 240 buildings that vary between Office & Residential Towers.
Running through the heart of Business Bay is the Dubai Creek that was opened in the final quarter of 2017. The creek is planned to be a primary attraction in Business Bay, offering the community beautiful waterfront views and a promenade that will have plenty of dining and recreational options.
The Business Bay development is one of the most exciting in Dubai and has excellent potential for the future, it is important to note though that the area still needs time to develop as there are still many plots that are under construction or vacant.
