The towers are inspired by the veils and layers of traditional Islamic architecture and will be made of glass, metal and stone skin. They will bend inwards as they rise to form two deep-shadowed arches offering sweeping views of Downtown Burj Dubai. 

Boulevard Plaza Towers  offer 24-hour security services. These services include guards at the entry/exit points of the building and a CCTV camera network is also installed to keep a video record. Visitors need to provide proof of identity to the security team before entering the building.
