Silicon Oasis Avenues Mall is a two-level ‘premium retail and leisure destination’ being developed by the LuLu Group International.

The mall will include an 8,940 sq m hypermarket, a 7,600 sq m department store, and 34,593 sq m of retail shops and services.

There will also be a range of dining options including 13 casual restaurants and cafés as well as 25 food court units.

Leisure elements will comprise a 6,900 sq m multi-screen cinema, a 7,100 sq m family entertainment centre, a 2,300 sq m bowling centre, and a 2,000 sq m gym.

There will be 3,300 parking spaces allocated to the shopping centre.

Silicon Mall will feature a futuristic façade that is set to serve as its unique value proposition. It will comprise sky-lit corridors for natural light-harvesting on all floors. The mall will offer covered parking for up to 3,000 cars across two levels.

In addition to more than 300 international and local branded stores, and 12 anchor stores, the new shopping mall will also house a LuLu Hypermarket and Department Store on two levels.

The design is based on five gigantic pebble-shapes inspired by ancient Arabian movements across the desert. The architect, Design International, wanted to offer both a strong architectural statement and an imposing gate into an oasis of calm and tranquillity in the otherwise hectic pace of modern suburban Dubai. Inside, the mall features nature at its most exquisite values, with five plazas that resemble the five elements of an oasis: The Cave, The Canyon, The Forest, The Lagoon and The Mirage.
