About Orra Developers

We, at Orra Developers perceive a vision to create Full-service, Secure, Luxury apartments in the Freehold Areas, for expatriates and locals in Dubai UAE. We wish to create a community environment for the residents in our tower where most of their needs are addressed within the Tower Complex through a single phone call or a short visit at the concierge.

The tower design, amenities, as well as value-added services through our Group’s associate companies, are all created keeping in mind the comforts of our buyers and residents. From ensuring an astounding view for each apartment to provision of amenities like pool, gymnasium, garden & play areas, to value addition through retail & restaurants with separate access but within the Tower Complex. A dedicated Concierge Desk, 24hrs on-call, stationed maintenance team, home furnishing, renting & sales of the apartments, we lend a careful eye to each aspect of development and management.

Having handed-over more than 200 Keys in our pilot project at Dubai Marina “Orra Marina” the goal now is to increase the number of keys under development & management to over 1000, by the year 2020.
