Meydan

About Meydan

Meydan City, commonly known as Meydan extends alongside Ras Al Khor Road and Dubai - Al Ain Road. What started as an idea of Sheikh Rashid Bin Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, has now grown into a metropolis in the heart of Nad Al Sheba with a variety of upscale projects. The name of the community originates from an Arabic term meaning “a meeting place”. It is a place where business opportunities, leisure, and luxurious living meet to form a revolutionary suburb of Dubai. Providing access to globally recognised events and entertainment facilities, Meydan City outshines even the most glorious neighbourhoods of the emirate. Most of the town has off-plan projects while some schemes are being developed at a fast pace. Geographically, it has a prime location, spanning over a large land-area of 40 million sq. ft.
