Culture Village

About Culture Village

Dubai Culture Village was established by two prominent names in the Dubai real estate market, Master Developer and Dubai Properties Group. It is another waterfront development near Al Jaddaf along the Dubai Creek. As the name implies, the development aims to preserve and celebrate the traditional art and culture of the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, every other project displays true colours and designs of Islamic Architecture. From visual and performing art centres to the museum and literary societies, it has been generously contributing to the needs of intellectuals. On the other side, cultural institutions including schools of arts and creative design make it an ideal home for all art lovers. Sprawling across 40,000,000 sq. ft. of land, this modern community has exhibition centres, a harbour and a dockside development. Dubai Culture Village is divided into four different districts; residential, commercial, retail and shopping. Moreover, it is located between the two major bridges running over the creek, Al Garhoud and Business Bay Crossing. These two bridges carry a duo of important road networks of Dubai, E-11 and Al Khail Road. Hence, connectivity to these major areas enhances the value of Culture Village because of its prime location.
